Welcome to the Midland Orthopaedic Practice
About Us
Midland Orthopaedic Practice is unique in bringing together
renowned leading orthopaedic surgeons with BMI Healthcare, the
UK’s largest private Healthcare provider.
Based from Sutton Medical Centre, Midland Orthopaedic Practice
(MOP) is a group of orthopaedic surgeons who are highly regarded
and respected in their clinical field.
Encompassing all aspects of orthopaedic surgery, MOP can collectively
deal with ALL referrals for the following types of orthopaedic
surgery: Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Foot, Ankle, Spine and Hand.
This new practice enables consultants with well known already
established practices including: The Foot and Ankle Clinic, Birmingham
Knee and Shoulder Clinic, The Birmingham Hip Clinic, The Hand
and Upper Limb Clinic and The Birmingham Spinal Clinic to consult
under one roof conveniently near to your patients. This allows,
where needed, cross referral to another consultant, which simplifies
the process, speeds and enhances their treatment.
Patients requiring orthopaedic treatment can be referred directly
to our clinic at Sutton Medical Centre. Patients will be promptly
seen, their condition diagnosed and treatment arranged. They can
also have physiotherapy treatment at Sutton Medical Centre on
its own or as an adjunct to surgical treatment.
